What to Expect from Your Photoshoot
So you have booked, or planning to book a shoot with me, but you're wondering what to expect on the day? Especially if you have small kiddies that are sometimes angels and sometimes...not so much angels? Read on!

If your photoshoot includes newborns or small children, don't fret. I book loads of time for us to ensure that through any fussiness we get loads of photos. Read about prepping for your newborn shoot here.

With small children bring along their favourite toys and just have a blast with your family. Pretend you are on a well deserved family picnic, and don't worry about me. I'm happily snapping away, getting those authentic, unposed memories.

There will be a few prompts from my side, like everyone give each other a big family squish.

Or get all cuddled up on the blanket.

Or I'll have one of the parents acting kooky behind me to get that precious smile. Here dad was hyping up his son.

Expect me to be constantly hyping you up. I know being in front of the camera is scary and awkward, but after an hour of me telling you how amazing and beautiful you are (and showing you sneak peeks on my camera) you'll forget all about the awkwardness and just have fun.

You don't have to worry about a thing on the day except enjoying this moment. I'll be the one acting as weird as possible to get those laughs from the kiddies, and telling you exactly what to do with your hands (it's always the hands for people).

And then of course you'll have all the photos to look forward to. So sit back, relax and enjoy your moment in front of the camera.
